Advanced Pulmonary Care

Our program is dedicated to caring for those with specialized pulmonary devices and diagnosis including:

• Ventilator
• Tracheotomy
• C-Pap & Bi-Pap
• Nebulizer treatments
• Suctioning
• COPD
• Pneumonia
• Chronic Emphysema

Our focused pulmonary program allows participants to improve their quality of life by:

• Teaching self management of disease
• Increasing physical endurance and activity level
• Promoting independence

We understand that the road to recovery does not end once our participants have returned home. It is our goal to make sure each participant has access to everything they need to continue to be successful in their independent lifestyle. Prior to discharging home, our therapists complete a home evaluation with the patient to ensure that they can successfully navigate their home environment. Once they are ready, our Social Services team then coordinates home healthcare and facilitates any home health equipment needs based on therapy recommendations.
